Lantic x THE PIG | Flavour of the Month 🐷🍸

We are incredibly honoured to be chosen as THE PIG-at Harlyn Bay’s Flavour of the Month this March. Each month, The Pig shines a spotlight on a drinks brand or a ‘friend behind the bar,’ and we couldn’t be more excited to see Lantic Gin featured in their beautiful coastal setting.

This month, THE PIG’s talented bar team has created a cocktail menu that takes guests on a journey through the seasons, using our wild-foraged gins to capture the flavours of Cornwall. As we transition into spring, the weather keeps us on our toes—some days call for a bold, warming drink by the fire, while others invite a refreshing serve to enjoy on the terrace under the sun.

The Lan-groni – A bold and complex take on a Negroni, made with Lantic Winter Foraged Gin, perfect for those lingering chilly evenings by the fire.

Morva Daisy – A coastal twist on a Margarita, featuring Lantic Morva Gin (meaning ‘by the sea’ in Cornish), shaken with lime, triple sec, and a handmade saline solution for the perfect balance.

Dreaming of Summer – A refreshing, herbaceous serve that hints at warmer days ahead, blending Lantic Summer Foraged Gin with lemon juice, cucumber and mint shrub picked straight from The Pig’s kitchen garden.

The Original Coastal G&T – A timeless classic made with Lantic Gin Original, distilled to reflect the wild beauty of the Cornish coast.
