Lantic Gin

Pour a good measure of Lantic Gin over cubed ice allowing all of its characteristics to unfold. Our serving paring is with a Mediterranean style tonic

Suggested Garnish - slice of cucumber and a sprig of thyme.

Summer Foraged Gin

Add a generous measure of Lantic’s Summer Foraged Gin, cubed ice and a splash of a premium light tonic to allow all of flavours to shine though

Suggested Garnish - a dehydrated lemon wheel and fresh mint sprig.

Winter Foraged Gin

To enhance the warming spicy aroma, we enjoy it best with ginger ale. Alternatively, we enjoy it with a floral tonic to accentuate the berry notes

Suggested Garnish - peel of a citrus fruit

Morva Gin

Add a good measure of Morva Gin, cubed ice and a splash of a premium Indian tonic

Suggested Garnish - raspberry and pink peppercorn.

 

Lantic Bramble

50ml Lantic Morva Gin, 25ml Lemon Juice, 20ml Gomme Sugar Syrup

Shake all ingredients and strain into the tumbler, top with crushed ice and drizzle with Chambered Rasberry Liqueur to bleed into the drink. Garnish with lemon slice, fresh raspberry and a mint spring.

 

Lantic Bees Knees

50ml Lantic Winter Gin, 25ml Lemon Juice, 25ml Honey Syrup

Shake all ingredients and double strain into a tumbler and top with ice. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

 

Winter Solstice Martini

75ml Lantic Winter Gin, 15ml Fino Sherry, 15ml Pear Liqueur, 1 dash of Orange Bitters

In a mixing glass add all ingredients, stir with ice until well chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thyme sprig or twist of orange peel.

 

Seahorse Tail

50ml Lantic Winter Gin, 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters, Ginger Ale

Take a tall glass with ice, add the gin and bitters and top with ginger ale and stir to combine. Shape an orange peel like a seahorse’s tail. Add a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of dried seaweed for something extra.

Lantic 75

20ml Lantic Gin, 20ml Lemon Juice, 20ml Gomme Sugar Syrup

Shake all ingredients in shaker, double strain into the flute and top with champagne or prosecco.

 

Lantic South Side

50ml Lantic Summer Gin, 25ml Lime Juice, 20ml Gomme Sugar Syrup & 7 Mint Leaves

Shake all ingredients in shaker, double strain into the glass and garnish with a mint spring.

 

Lantic Spritz

50ml Lantic Summer Gin, 25ml Elderflower Cordial, 5oml Prosecco, 25ml Soda

Add gin, elderflower cordial and ice to a wine glass, add the Prosecco and top with soda. Garnish with a slice of fresh apple or pear.

 

Sea’s Knees

60ml Lantic Morva Gin, 30ml Lemon Juice, 20ml Lemon Verbena Infused Honey Syrup (1g verbena, boiling water, 200ml honey and stir allowing to cool)

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and strain into coupe. Garnished with a sprig of Lemon Verbena.

 

Lantic Wild Sea Fizz

50ml Lantic Winter Gin, 15ml Sea Buckthorn Syrup (50ml berries, 50ml water, 25ml sugar - simmer for 10 mintures, strain and cool), 20ml fresh Lemon Juice, 10ml Cornish Honey Syrup, 2 dash of Celery Bitters

In a shaker combine all ingredients , shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Lantic Martini

70ml Lantic Morva Gin, 30ml Knightor White Vermouth

Stir all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

 

Coastal Blossom

45ml Lantic Morva Gin, 15ml Elderflower Liqueur, 50ml Grapefruit Juice, pinch of Sea Salt

Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice, top with soda water and stir. Garnished with a strawberry and sprig of mint.

 

Autumn Tides

60ml Lantic Winter Gin, 25ml Spiced Pear Syrup (bring to simmer a chopped pear, 240ml water, 240ml sugar, 1 cinnamon stick and 2 cloves), 15ml fresh Lemon Juice, and a dash of Angostura Bitters.

In a shaker combine all ingredients plus a small pinch of sea salt shake. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass with a large ice cube highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
