Chapter 13 | The Path Ahead

On our first excursion to Lantic Bay in 2025, we were greeted by a breathtaking scene - the coastline bathed in golden sunlight, its rugged cliffs softened by the first glimpse of gorse blossoms of the year. The vibrant yellow flowers, dotted across the landscape, reminded us of the promise of spring yet to come.

Until then, the cold sea air catches your breath, invigorating the spirit, while the earth around you feels still. It is as we await the first opportunity to forage the unique Lantic botanicals - just as nature pauses to gather strength - that we find space to reflect and plan for the year ahead.

Each bottle of Lantic tells a story of the land and sea, of the changing tides and fleeting blossoms. But this year, we are brimming with new ideas and creative energy.
