15 Botanicals
Meticulously hand crafted from a unique blend of nine carefully sourced botanicals chosen for their distinctive flavour, combined with six hand foraged herbs and flowers - heather, rock samphire, gorse flower, apple mint, water mint and lemon thyme

Endeavours to catch the vibrant flora growing wild among coastal meadows and hedgerow during the summer months; allowing for a refreshing and elegant drink.
21 Botanicals
Elderflower, honeysuckle, red clover, bog myrtle, currant leaf, malwina strawberry, lemon verbena, apple mint, borage and water mint are the ten foraged flowers and herbs delicately distilled with eleven additional gin botanicals.

A smooth summer dry gin, with fruity notes accompanied with delightful floral aromas and a distinct richness of fresh herbs.
Winter Foraged Gin
Autumnal treasures of wild fruits and berries foraged from Cornish hedgerows and orchards that have been delicately distilled and barrel aged in French oak casks.

Rowan berries, elderberries and blackberries; hand-picked fruits of kea plums, crab apples, pears, rosehips and floral scents of heather and mint are the nine foraged herbs and flowers all combined with eleven classic gin botanicals.

Inspired by the seasonal scents of midsummer in Cornwall. this special edition gin offers the delicate sweetness of freshly foraged native flowers & berries.

Meadowsweet, raspberry, sweet clover, elderflower, wild rose petal and birch sap are the six foraged berries, flowers all combined with eleven classic gin botanicals.
Finish
An inviting mix of sweet floral and berry tones come through on the nose. They continue onto the palate, where sumptuous elderflower and rose come through. The finish is long and deep and complex.
Lantic Rum
Lantic Rum is inspired by the wild Cornish coastline and the hedgerows that shape its landscape. It blends Caribbean and Jamaican rums with locally foraged botanicals to create a uniquely floral, coastal character. The result is a smooth, expressive spirit that captures the true taste of Cornwall by the sea.

Gorse, heather, sweet clover and rosehips bring floral, citrus and soft vanilla notes, while Cornish honey adds natural warmth and sweetness. A touch of sugar kelp introduces gentle coastal salinity, grounding the spirit in the wild character of Cornwall’s shoreline.
